I found some aspects of the service questionable for a hotel in this category. The minibar charges were unclear. I thought water was complimentary, but it was on the bill. The TV system is not modern. I expected a smart TV with streaming capabilities. The turn-down service felt rushed and missed small details.

to the wahou effect when the door opened and i saw my 2 storey room. the hermes toiletries were a special treat. the duvet was fluffy and there was a mirror on the ceiling above the bed... the furniture is both different and amazing! the breakfast was delicious. The selection not huge, but each item was of top quality and the premises lovely. the pool and beach were both enjoyable and the staff was very attentive. free entry to wild wadi was a plus.

the style is a bit much? i'm not sure i loved the decor but it's such a small thing.

The breakfast area has a nice atmosphere and quality options. the selection included fresh pastries, a fruit bar, and an omelet station that prepared custom orders. It all tasted so good. the staff was helpful! and kept the area clean!

the staff were amazing , they even upgraded our room. the room was really big and had a great view of the sea on one side. this was for my 25th anniversary , the food was all freshly made.

for example , they opted for a single complimentary drink between 17:00 and 20:30. my room was also in less than ideal condition , i noticed scratches on walls.

Check-in felt quite demanding. I was also surprised that only two welcome drinks were initially provided for our party of three. We had to wait longer for the third drink to arrive. The luggage unpacking service was offered but then never delivered.

The butler service took really good care of us. They personalized everything. Victoria at the front desk ensured a smooth and seamless experience from the very beginning. Claudia from Guest Relations greeted us the day after our arrival.

The hotel charged in advance for a restaurant set menu. They then cancelled the reservation with no reason. They refused to refund the amount. They ignored all calls and emails after that.

i really enjoyed the excellent breakfast they had available. the staff was always very friendly and polite, a real plus. i also noticed the premises were clean, which i always appreciate.

Unfortunately, there were some tourists waiting for lifts. That was annoying. i also found many people paying a day rate, not staying at the hotel. It felt less exclusive. the hotel looks a little tired, honestly.
