the staff were amazing , they even upgraded our room. the room was really big and had a great view of the sea on one side. this was for my 25th anniversary , the food was all freshly made.

for example , they opted for a single complimentary drink between 17:00 and 20:30. my room was also in less than ideal condition , i noticed scratches on walls.

Check-in felt quite demanding. I was also surprised that only two welcome drinks were initially provided for our party of three. We had to wait longer for the third drink to arrive. The luggage unpacking service was offered but then never delivered.

The butler service took really good care of us. They personalized everything. Victoria at the front desk ensured a smooth and seamless experience from the very beginning. Claudia from Guest Relations greeted us the day after our arrival.

The hotel charged in advance for a restaurant set menu. They then cancelled the reservation with no reason. They refused to refund the amount. They ignored all calls and emails after that.

i really enjoyed the excellent breakfast they had available. the staff was always very friendly and polite, a real plus. i also noticed the premises were clean, which i always appreciate.

That was annoying. i also found many people paying a day rate, not staying at the hotel. It felt less exclusive. the hotel looks a little tired, honestly.
